AI is genuinely good at the parts of a website build that used to eat weeks: laying out variations to react to, the boilerplate, the content scaffolding, a first draft of copy that gives everyone something concrete to argue with. It is not good at deciding what your business should actually say, and it will not notice that a page is unusable with a keyboard or that a form fails silently on a slow connection. So I let it do the first sort of work, and I review the second sort properly.

The content stays editable by your team, forms and analytics are wired up and tested, and hosting and deployment are set up so that publishing a change does not involve calling me.
